LUGANO BIOMÉDICA is committed to transparent business practices based on solid ethical standards. We have a commitment to our VALUES and GOALS, and our business practice is based on ethical approaches in accordance with guidelines on Ethical Practices and Anti-Corruption Policy, legislation 12.846/13 and FCPA (Foreign Corrupt Practices Act) directives.
OUR DIRECTIVES ENCOMPASS:
- Conducting our business ethically, looking for honest and ethical profit and dividends, respecting competition and market law;
- Respecting our Customers, Suppliers and Employees so that our actions are clear, objective and transparent;
- Not offering or accepting any kind of bribery, pay-offs or favour to or from anyone whatsoever, and which could, on a non-commercial or legal basis, favour our company in any commercial dispute;
- Not offering monetary or other incentives that may benefit the company unfairly;
- Assuring that our employees, partners, suppliers, customers and other collaborators work ethically and are not involved in corruption or illegal business practices such as illegal importation, tax evasion, dumping or other illicit activities;
- Encouraging wide debate and raising awareness among employees, service providers, and third parties who work in our company or for any of our business partners, regarding ethical business practices and refusing to take part in corrupt or illegal business practices.
